Happy New Year!
From the John Edwards Family!

We have moved back to Utah for now. John has taken a job at a Robotics company. The kids have LOVED living near family. Thanksgiving was spent in San Francisco with part of the extended Edwards family. It was a great time.


Laren (10) is excelling in piano, usually has three or four songs memorized at a time. He is doing very well in school, and still loves to read.

Martin (10) is on the Geography bowl team, and loves learning. He is getting better all the time at paper airplanes, and is also excelling on the piano.


Wesley (9) is coming right along on the violin. When he comes home from school there is only one place we wants to be...outside.


Dane (6) is loving kindergarten. He is so excited about reading. Keeping up with his brothers is something he's always working on.


Lydia (4) is full of spunk and character. She loves to sing (often creating her 0wn songs), help with Sadie, dance, wear fancy clothes, long story short...she's all girl... and we love it.


Sadie (15 mos.) has learned a lot this year, don't think I can list everything. She learned how to walk, how to point to what she wants, how to yell, and how to share her love.


John and I are happy to be in Cache Valley. We love our children and are having so much fun with them. We have been so blessed this year and are looking forward to an exciting 2009.

Here's Sadie doing her scoot! She's very good at crawling now, and can even stand on her own. But when she needs to carry something somewhere, the scoot comes in very handy.

Dane lost his first tooth yesterday. Once he learned it was loose, he was very worried. But, we called Grandpa, and his fears were put to rest. He has now lost it again, so we will send out a search party this afternoon in his bedroom.















Check out these good lookin' soccer players. They have quite the coach! Wesley has been playing goalie lately. He does very well! A few more inches on him would help a little. One more soccer game to go.

We had a very FUN Memorial Day weekend. See if you can guess all the places we went in just three days! We were all worn out by the time we got home.

Laren, Martin and Wesley are doing great at soccer! Wesley played goalie yesterday and did awesome. After each game they end up with muddy shirts. I guess that either means it's been raining a lot, or they are really getting into it. Dane is just fun to have around. He has so much excitement for life, he loves gamecube and computer games, and is very good at getting his jobs done when he wants to play. Lydia will only wear dresses with tights, and I love it! She loves to be pretty. Sadie is a joy! Everyone loves being around her. Lydia got her laughing so hard yesterday, I just had to post it:
